Summary
The Routines section no longer appears in the Claude Code Desktop sidebar (Code tab). It used to sit above the custom folder/group sections. It is not in the sidebar now, and I found no filter menu, right-click option or setting that restores it.

Environment

  • Claude Code Desktop for Windows, latest version available (user-reported; exact build to be added)
  • Windows 11 Pro, Max plan

Observed

  • Sidebar shows: search, New, Artifacts, Scheduled, Customize, then custom groups. No Routines section and no "More" menu.
  • The app's own sidebar section state reports routines as shown: false (collapsed: true), while Pinned, custom groups and Sessions are shown: true. The section exists but is switched off, and there is no visible control to switch it on.
  • Scheduled tasks still run on schedule. Only the sidebar surface is missing.

Impact
Routines that need user input (approvals, blocked runs) can no longer be spotted at a glance. The "Scheduled" item is only a partial substitute.

Expected
Routines section visible above the groups, or a documented toggle to show/hide it.

Tried
Looked for a filter/view menu, hover controls, header right-click, widening the window. None exposes a Routines toggle.
