Claude Desktop (Windows): no Polish language support (UI + voice dictation)

Claude Desktop on Windows has no Polish UI language option, and Polish is missing/not working under Settings -> General -> Voice -> Language for dictation - no option to select Polish, and/or recognition quality is poor.
This seems related to #37809 (multi-language dictation support), but that issue is locked so opening a new one.
Please add Polish support for both the interface and voice dictation on Windows Desktop.
