Feature request: Polish (and other language) localization of the CLI UI

It would be great if Claude Code's UI text (menus, prompts, status messages, interactive components) could be localized into Polish and other languages, not just the assistant's natural-language responses (which can already be steered via CLAUDE.md instructions). Currently there's no way for users or plugins to translate the surrounding CLI chrome itself.
