[Feature Request] Support language localization options for CLI output

Bug Description
A microscopic percentage of spanish programmers use argentinian "voseo", so using it disregards the majority and makes it very hard for the rest. Either make it optional, follow the current person's spanish or make it speak neutral spanish.

Solo un porcentaje microscópico de programadores hispanohablantes hablan voseo argentino, así que el voseo dificulta la lectura para la mayoría.
