Feature Request: UI Language Localization Support (Japanese)

Feature Request: UI Language Localization

Please add support for UI language localization, particularly Japanese. Currently all interface elements ("New session", permission prompts, buttons, etc.) are hardcoded in English and do not follow the system locale settings.

Many users in Japan use Claude Code, and Japanese UI would significantly improve usability for us.

Expected behavior

• UI language follows system locale settings, OR
• A language preference setting is available in /config

Current behavior

All UI text is English-only regardless of system language settings.
