Feature Request: Localization support for permission prompt UI (Japanese)

Feature Request
Please add localization support for the permission prompt dialogs in Claude Code (e.g., 'Allow bash command?', 'Allow file edit?').
Currently, all UI prompts are displayed in English only. It would be helpful to support other languages, especially Japanese, so that non-English speakers can have a more comfortable experience.
