[BUG] VS Code extension voice dictation ignores language setting

What's Wrong?

Even though language=de is set and Claude answers in German, Voice dictation transcribes into English language

What Should Happen?

dictation should recongnize German language and output in German, too

1. start Claude Extension vor VS Code
2. Set /confing language=de
3. Try to dictate in German language
