Add Arabic language support to /voice dictation

Claude Code's built-in voice dictation feature (/voice) currently supports 20 languages (Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, Ukrainian), but Arabic is not on the list. Setting language to Arabic in ~/.claude/settings.json silently falls back to English transcription instead of warning clearly or offering an alternative.
Arabic is spoken by 400M+ people and is one of the most widely used languages in software development communities (MENA region). Please consider adding Arabic (and ideally RTL-aware transcript handling) to the supported dictation languages.
