In the Cowork "new task" composer, typing a message and trying to submit it always reopens the "Select repo..." picker overlay instead of sending.

Open a new Cowork task
Click into the message field, type a message (e.g. "test")
Press Enter -> "Select repo..." overlay pops up instead of sending
Click the send arrow icon instead of pressing Enter -> same overlay reopens, message still not sent
Explicitly selecting a repo from the dropdown (or clicking "Default") -> [describe what happens: does overlay still reopen?]

Pressing Enter or clicking send should submit the message and start the task.

Repo picker overlay reopens every time, blocking task submission entirely.
