[BUG] Claude Desktop always reopens with the last used project directory and there is no working way to change it from within the app

What's Wrong?

Claude Desktop always reopens with the last used project directory and there is no working way to change it from within the app.

Steps to reproduce:

Use Claude Desktop with a project directory (e.g. a web site folder)
Close the app
Reopen it
It loads the previous directory context automatically with no clear way to switch to a different one or start fresh
Expected: App opens to a neutral state or provides a clear, working option to change the working directory without using the CLI or editing config files.
