  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

i was working on a plan and when I had to click "yes," I restarted my PC.

When I reopened VS Code and clicked on the Claude icon to continue, I started getting the issue
i asked Claude to help me from the claude.ai and all her tips didn't worked

I reinstalled the extension many times, but nothing, i even deleted my "%APPDATA%\Code" and nothing, currently reinstalling vs code to see but not sure if this is going to resolve the issue; I'm just stuck

What Should Happen?

it should open easily, and let me continue where we stoppped with the plan
