Problem Statement

Resuming sessions is good. But you need to keep track of the session id. If you close the term, you lose it.

Proposed Solution

claude --resume-last just picking up the last session automatically

Alternative Solutions

Or recognise there were a previous session in the current folder and propose to resume on startup
