[Bug] Claude model not following user directives and ignoring explicit requests

Bug Description
Opus 5 is HORRIBLE at following directions. I say check code model goes into my services. I say check my services, model checks my code. Barely ever replies to my queries and always prefers to spend an eternity going throgh code without even acknologing what i said. It's deeply frustating and downright annoying.
