[Bug] Claude Code ignores explicit implementation instructions and user directives

Bug Description
same issue again. just point blank ignoring my instructions even over very small, constrained bits of work, I gave explicit implementation instructoins, totally ignored. I'm off to use another coding agent as this is now worse than useless, it's costing me time and energy arguing with a mindless goon who just agrees with me then goes off and does some random other shit
