[Bug] Claude Code ignores user instructions and continues adding co-authored commits despite explicit directives

Bug Description
Even after my repeated instructions and skills it fails to adhere to it like I have already said that no co-authored by claide should come in any of my apps or anywhere and whn it pushes the data to got or somewhere it always says sorry and then says won't repeat. Also, on many occassions it does not even care as to what am I saying it is just trying to prove that it's right similarly it always misses the factual point of what i am saying instead it starts asking questions which are of no use.
