Stop auto-adding "Co-Authored-By: Claude" to git commits — no opt-in, no warning, pollutes history

What's Wrong?

• Claude adds Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet X.X <noreply@anthropic.com> to every commit without asking
• No way to opt out without editing every commit message
• Required full git filter-branch + force push across entire repo history to clean up
• This is your work — AI attribution in commit history is unwanted and potentially problematic (licensing, employer policies, open source projects)
• Should be opt-in, not default
