Bug Description
-- yet another example of your models just ignoring claude.md direction completely. thought it was a 5 Family issue since it started when you introduced Opus 5, so I switched back to Fable 5 and burned tokens but it got dumb as well, so then on to Opus 4.8 and was better until yesterday and now down to 4.6. I am just done at this point. every project I have open is because you all keep messing with the models and your answer is "wipe out your Claude.md and start over" brilliant.
