[Bug] Agent ignoring user directives and generating excessive token usage

Bug Description
This agent is just ignoring my directives, making stuff up on their own. And doing the opposite of what we agreed to, and this is costing hundreds of thousands of tokens in context and in usage. It's very disappointing.
