[Bug] Claude Code not following user directives and providing inaccurate task execution reports

Bug Description
Claude is refusing order. Claude is lying about results. Claude is lying about his actions. Claude is actively working against me, and to be honest, his disregard for my order has place my system in a bad position. He keeps placing band-aids on issues, instead of reading the documentation and forum as I order him to do before making a plan to address the issue. This has been going on for weeks, the last few days it's has been horrible. ANTHROPIC SUPPORT PLEASE REVIEW THIS CASE. I know I swear, and threaten Claude, but I do not know how to get it to listen. This experience is changing my viewpoint on AI and it's capabilities in a very negative way. My experience with Claude is making me develop an Anti-AI stance and it's use, especially being trusted in the workplace. It has made me personally lose business, and continues to do so since it has place my system in an inoperable state.
