What's Wrong?

When I click on the claude vs code extension chat history icon it is not saving any history sessions, also it erased the ongoing chat session, and when I click on it back it shows empty session, I have the latest version but still the issue is not resolved

What Should Happen?

Claude should show me the chat history sessions properly
