[BUG] We cannot click on the Team icon to switch to Team mode when in Design.

What's Wrong?

When using Claude Design, nobody on my team can click the Team icon 'WealthTrace'. See the attached screenshot. We can only click on the personal icon and 'Docs'. So we are unable to use Team mode.

What Should Happen?

Design should allows us to switch from our personal account to the Team mode.

Go to Design on the left menu. Then try to click on the Team option at the bottom left.
