[BUG][Regression] Claude Desktop: right-click tray icon no longer shows subscription usage %

Summary

Right-clicking the Claude Desktop system-tray icon used to display current
subscription usage (session / ~5-hour token %) at a glance. As of a recent
update it no longer polls or displays that usage. The readout is gone from the
tray; usage is now only reachable via Settings → Usage.

Versions (observed on my machine)

• Last known working: 1.24012.1
• First observed broken: 1.24012.9

Environment

• App: Claude Desktop (Windows)
• Windows: Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021 21H2 (19044.7417) (Fully Up To Date)
• Broken on build: 1.24012.9

Workarounds

• Typing /usage in a chat displays current usage
• Checking Settings → Usage for current Weekly/Current Session limit usage.

Request

Restore the tray usage readout, ideally as a toggle. Some users relied on it
as their primary at-a-glance usage check. A tray tooltip or context-menu line
with session/weekly % would fully cover the regression.

What Should Happen?

1. Minimize Claude Desktop to the system tray
2. Right-click the tray icon
3. Observe: no usage/percentage entry (previously present)

Error Messages/Logs

None — no error is surfaced. The tray usage readout is silently absent from the
right-click menu; the app otherwise runs normally. No dialog or on-screen error
appears.
