[BUG] after i click on the hide claude code on the vscode toolbar my claude icon is missing

What's Wrong?

after i click on the hide claude code in the vscode panel accidentally and now i cannot get the icon back to the vscode panel if i click on the claude code open from the panel it will not show back the icon.

What Should Happen?

it should has a way to add back the claude code icon on the panel. I don't understand the feature of hide the cladue code and then no way to turn it back.
