Environment

  • VS Code: Windows 11
  • Extension: Claude Code for VS Code v2.1.114

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install Claude Code for VS Code extension
  2. Open any folder
  3. Click the Claude (sparkle) icon at the top-right of the editor

Expected
Open the last Claude conversation in the editor area.

Actual
Error toast appears: "command 'claude-vscode.editor.openLast' not found"

User keybindings.json is empty (no custom shortcuts).
Reinstalling the extension does not fix the issue.
