[BUG] command 'claude-vscode.editor.openLast' not found

What's Wrong?

I tried to use claude code on vscode extension. However, the ide jumped up "command 'claude-vscode.editor.openLast' not found", and i can't use claude code on vscode

What Should Happen?

I should use claude code smoothly.
