[BUG] command 'claude-vscode.editor.openLast' not found

What's Wrong?
The Claude code extension(v 2.1.52) or the latest version in VS Code is giving pop up "command 'claude-vscode.editor.openLast' not found" when clicked on "Claude Code: Open" button on the top right corner of the IDE.
Older versions don't have this issue.
$ claude -v
2.1.51 (Claude Code)
What Should Happen?
Upon clicking on the "Claude Code: Open" button on the top right corner of the IDE(VS Code), a Claude chat window should open.

command 'claude-vscode.editor.openLast' not found
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the VS Code,
- Make sure you have claude code installed and latest extension is installed and enabled,
- Click on "Claude Code: Open" button on the top right corner of the IDE,
- A small pop up notification will be generated at bottom right corner of the IDE saying "command 'claude-vscode.editor.openLast' not found".
