What's Wrong?

The Claude code extension(v 2.1.52) or the latest version in VS Code is giving pop up "command 'claude-vscode.editor.openLast' not found" when clicked on "Claude Code: Open" button on the top right corner of the IDE.

Older versions don't have this issue.

What Should Happen?

Upon clicking on the "Claude Code: Open" button on the top right corner of the IDE(VS Code), a Claude chat window should open.
