What's Wrong?
I using Claude code (max plan) in vscode
The extension was working three days ago, but today i got command 'claude-vscode.editor.openLast' not found when i click on the icon ogf the extension in vscode

What Should Happen?
Open the Claude cofde panal on the side

Steps to Reproduce
- open vscode
- install claude code extension
- click the icon of the claude code extension
- command 'claude-vscode.editor.openLast' not found appear
