[BUG] **claude-vscode.editor,openLast not found

What's Wrong?

When I tried to install the Claude code extension for the very first time into my vs-code IDE the error "command:claude-vscode.editor,openLast not found" appeared even thought I tried to reload, restart and uninstall and install again the same error was repeated. Also, I have checked the preferences. Json file I couldn't find the Claude hook.

What Should Happen?

Steps to Reproduce

1. INSTALL THE VS CODE LATEST VERSION
2. [ CTRL+SHIFT+X ]- Open VS Code Extensions
3. AFTER INSTALLING THE CLAUDE ICON APPEARS TO THE RIGHT
4. CLICK ON IT THE ERROR PROMPT APPEARS TO THE BOTTOM RIGHT
