[BUG] On click the claude code icon in vs code getting the error command 'claude-vscode.editor.openLast' not found

What's Wrong?

When I click on the claude open icon in vs code... get the below error message
command 'claude-vscode.editor.openLast' not found

1. First it exected the steps to enable the permission for power shell. - done.
2. Second it check the version updates, updated recently with the latest version.- done
3. Third asked to restart developer vs code.. - done
4. Still the error remains same...

What Should Happen?

It should launch the window successfully
