[BUG] Desktop App not saving sessions

What's Wrong?

Desktop app bug. The app writes sessions to ~/.claude/projects/ but reads its sidebar list from a different source that isn't being populated. Every time I close the app, when I come back the sidebar says "No Sessions". This was working until I did a "Reset App Data"

What Should Happen?

Should save them.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Reset App Data from menu
2. Create a new Code session
3. Close Claude app
4. Re-open...session gone
