[BUG] Profile icon not saving [ARM64]

What's Wrong?

Profile initials/icon changes don't persist after saving in Settings." Include whether you're on web or desktop, your OS, and app version. Just recently it updated to allow saving of job description and personalization, but still no icon.

What Should Happen?

Icon in bottom-left corner should update to reflect the chosen icon upon saving.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open Claude Desktop on Windows ARM64 (or claude.ai)
Click your initials in the bottom-left corner
Navigate to Settings > Profile
Attempt to change profile icon/avatar
Click Save
Navigate away from Settings
Return to Settings or observe the bottom-left corner — initials are unchanged

Expected Behavior:
Profile icon should update and persist after saving.
Actual Behavior:
Icon reverts to default initials (e.g., "AH") regardless of how many times the change is saved.
