[Bug] Team Plan 50% Weekly Limit Promotion Not Applied to Account

Bug Description
Issue: Claude Code 50% weekly limit promotion not applying to account Details: Account is on a Team plan (DeVry University). The 50% weekly limit increase promotion (through August 19, 2026) is not reflected in my usage — /usage shows the standard weekly limit being consumed, with no 50% increase applied. This should be automatic for Team plans per support, but it isn't happening on my account. Prior support history: Conversation IDs 215475142645526 and 215475142687723 (Intercom chatbot) — confirmed this needs backend investigation into account-level promotion configuration. Request: Please check why the promotion flag isn't applied to this account and correct it.
