[Bug] Team vs Pro account API limits incorrectly applied after re-authentication

Bug Description
I'm using ccs for using my team account, and I logged out from my personal account's Claude Code app, I logged out from claude CLI started via ccs and re-logged in back (team account), but the limit from my personal account is used. This is not acceptable! how can I change it?
