[Bug] Claude Code Desktop app authentication fails on Team plan accounts

Bug Description
I am on Espressif's (my company's) Team plan. Claude Code CLI works for me. But using Claude Code in the desktop app gives me "Your account does not have access to Claude. Please login again or contact your administrator.".
Using a non-claude-code mode (normal chat window) in Desktop app works.
I have tried logging out and logging in again(in both the desktop app and the CLI), didn't help. I tried removing any existing Anthropic API Keys from my Env variables as well.
