Appeals form is broken

Bug Description
We're receiving the error message "API Error: 400 This organization has been disabled." I cannot submit an appeal because the appeals form redirects to https://claude.ai/new, which makes me think our account is not even banned in the first place. Emailing usersafety@anthropic.com results in a bot auto-response telling me to submit an appeal, which I cannot do. The billing console shows that all of our invoices have been paid.
