[Feature Request] Improve content policy transparency and appeals process for enterprise users

Bug Description
How can you call yourself an enterprise supplier with this? My team has wasted the week writing specs for your new model's work on food related topics and we are literally not going with anthropic as a supplier as it is so disruptive to our research to not know what could poassbibly offend your safeguards. every assignment has been blocked, claude.md cleansed, and yet we spend thousands to be flagged as unsafe users. the queries you can check yourself- this is benign and absolutely not a threatening unsafe use case. We are not even in the biotech space. this is food industry, CPG. this is the engine that produces what your technical staff eat each day.
