[Feature Request] Improve Claude Code messaging clarity and transparency for human-AI collaboration

Bug Description
The language and messaging used by Claude is too machinic and not clear many times, it automatically invents its vocab or terms without providing clear explanation, those are not simple to grasp and fully understand the context. I think you should optimize the Claude code for better language and messaging which is super clear, intiuitve, accurate, simple enough to understand without loosing on technical details and comprehensiveness. We want full transparency and clarity that what exact is in codebase and what Claude is trying to modify or change otherwise it feels a huge clarity and though process gap between human and Claude code. Hope you focus on this aspect and optimize it.
