Improve messaging when Chrome extension not connected

Current behavior

When using browser automation tools without Chrome open, the error says:

"Browser extension is not connected. Please ensure the Claude browser extension is installed and running..."

This sounds like something is broken, especially to new users.

Suggested improvement

Friendlier message like:

"Please open Chrome with the Claude extension to use browser automation."

Only show the installation/troubleshooting details if the user has tried multiple times or explicitly asks for help.

Why it matters

First-time users may not realize they just need to open Chrome. The current message implies a configuration problem rather than a simple "Chrome isn't open yet" situation.
