[BUG] cannot access appeals form against nondescript claim

Once I go to http://claude.ai/restricted I am automatically re-routed to my normal login page.

I cannot access http://claude.ai/restricted .

Therefore, I cannot submit an appeal.

Emails are not helping from usersafety@mail.anthropic.com

What Should Happen?

I should be able to file an appeal. I can never get to the appeals form.
