Problem Statement

I want to report issues with the issue reporting process (at https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues) but don't see a way to do that.

Proposed Solution

Add a bug type called "Issues Issue", or something.

Alternative Solutions

Tell us how to report issues with the issue reporter.

For example, maybe tell us to use one of the existing issue types, like I'm doing here.
