[BUG] Claude does not let me change

What's Wrong?

Issue Summary:
The Artifacts toggle in the Claude desktop app (Mac) is stuck in an intermediate state — neither fully enabled (blue) nor disabled (grey). This prevents artifacts from generating alongside conversations.
Steps Already Tried:
Toggled the Artifacts setting multiple times
Refreshed and restarted the app (Cmd+Q and reopened)
Disabled VPN
Signed out and back in
Checked for app updates via Claude → About Claude
Accessed Developer tab in Settings (found MCP servers section but no cache-clearing options)
Attempted to locate Help → Troubleshooting menu (not found on Mac)
Expected Behavior:
The Artifacts toggle should be either fully blue (enabled) or grey (disabled), and artifacts should generate in a dedicated window for substantial content.
Actual Behavior:
The toggle remains in an intermediate/transitioning state and artifacts do not generate.

What Should Happen?

I want to see the dedicated window for code writing or whatever claude is doing..
