[BUG] Claude Code is broken.

What's Wrong?

In plan mode, it keeps telling me it has output the plan, but actually it is just outputting the word plan, not the plan.

It keeps saying 'waiting for input', but it hasn't asked any questions or given me anything to review.

Three times today it has lost all my replies from its context, wasting my time and tokens.

This is extremely frustrating. I have wasted the best part of a day and thousands of tokens and achieved nothing.

What Should Happen?

Not sure; maybe actually give me a plan, listen and remember what I say, and if you want input, ask a question or give me something to review.
