[BUG] Regression: /usage broken in v2.1.1

What's Wrong?

/usage refuses to detect Claude Max usage.

What Should Happen?

Claude Code should detect Claude Max subscription and report usage.

Error Messages/Logs

/usage is only available for subscription plans.
