Why this is a false positive

The safety filter fired on a frustrated exclamation the user directed at the assistant mid-session; no person was addressed, no threat or targeting was expressed, and it carried no content that violates the usage policy. The surrounding work was a routine, in-scope web-asset upgrade, and the exclamation was ordinary venting after repeated prior blocks rather than any actionable request. Halting the entire coding session over a momentary expression of annoyance is a disruptive false positive that blocks legitimate work without any corresponding safety benefit.
