[BUG] Claude Code sessions from my mac not syncing to windows with same account

What's Wrong?

So I have Same account on both devices, app sessions not syncing between Mac and Windows or android, Tokens have user:sessions:claude_code scope. Also in my mac, the app and mac have different sessions. Not sure what to do about this

What Should Happen?

When I create a session on the mac using an account and if I am logged into any other device withthe same account, i should be able to see the session and continue.

Also this worked in my personal account, but this isnt working in my office account.

Steps to Reproduce

Im not sure how you will reproduce,

• Login to mac app and create a code session
• Login to windows browser with same acccount and see if you can see th esesion
• If you can then this wont work, but if you cant, then create a code session on your windows app
• you wil see this in the mac
