[BUG] Cowork sessions not syncing across devices after creation

What's Wrong?
Two Cowork sessions created on PC1 are not syncing to PC2 or Web, despite being created over 24 hours ago and appearing correctly on PC1.
System Information
- OS: Windows
- Claude Desktop Version: 1.24012.1 (0adcae)
- Multiple Devices: Yes (2 Windows PCs)
- Logged in with: Same Anthropic account on both PCs
Detailed Sequence of Events
- Yesterday: Created 2 Cowork sessions on PC1 (both with folder/file access)
- Today: Opened Claude Desktop on PC2 and Web — the 2 sessions do not appear
- Observation: PC1 shows the sessions, scrolling works, content is intact
- Today (after troubleshooting):
- Logged out of both PCs
- Logged back in (PC2 first, then PC1)
- Result: New conversation created on PC2 now appears on PC1 ✓
- But: The 2 original Cowork sessions still absent from PC2 and Web ✗
Current State
- PC1: Has both Cowork sessions + new conversation ✓
- PC2: Only has new conversation ✓
- Web (claude.ai): Only has new conversation ✓
What Should Happen?
Cowork sessions should sync to all devices connected to the same account, like regular conversations do.
Error Messages/Logs
Cowork sessions created on one device are not syncing to other devices. Subsequent conversations sync normally. The original sessions appear "stuck" on PC1's local storage and never reach the sync server.Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Cowork session with file/folder access on Device A
- Open Claude Desktop on Device B (same account)
- Observe: Session does not appear

- This started happening yesterday; prior syncing worked correctly
- Both PCs are on identical version (1.24012.1)
- Logout/login cycle fixed sync for new sessions but not for the 2 original ones
- Suggests specific issue with those sessions, not general auth or sync failure
