[BUG] Session visible on desktop but not syncing to iPhone Claude app

What's Wrong?
I have an active session that is visible in the Claude desktop app on Windows but does not appear in the Claude app on my iPhone. All other sessions sync correctly across both devices. This session is running in the Claude Code / agent environment (Claude Code desktop app on Windows 11). The session is not missing — it is fully active and accessible on desktop, just not appearing on mobile.
What Should Happen?
The session should be visible on both Desktop and Mobile.

Steps to Reproduce
Start a session in the Claude Code desktop app on Windows
Open the Claude app on iPhone
Session does not appear in the conversations list on iPhone, while all other sessions do
Expected: All sessions sync across devices
Actual: This session is missing on iPhone only
