[BUG] Android app not syncing conversation history with web version

What's Wrong?

Hi,
I use Claude on the web and the Claude Android app on my phone with the same email account. From the beginning, neither has synced my conversations, neither from the web to Android nor from Android to the web. I've tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps, but it still doesn't work.

What Should Happen?

Normally, my conversations with Claude on the web or on my Android app should appear synchronized on my PC and my phone.

Error Messages/Logs

No error message, the synchronization simply isn't working...each device seems to operate independently even though they are on the same email account

Steps to Reproduce

1-Log in to claude.ai on a PC browser
2-Start a conversation
3-Open the Claude app on Android (same account)
4-The conversation does not appear in the app history
5-Start a conversation on Claude App on Android
6-Android conversation doesn't appear on Claude.ai on my PC browser

Additional Information

Platforms affected: Claude Web (PC browser, Windows/Mac/Linux) and Claude Android App. Conversations started on the web do not appear on Android, and conversations started on Android do not appear on the web. Both platforms use the exact same Gmail account. No incognito mode, no Projects involved. This has never worked since I started using both platforms simultaneously.
