[Bug] Remote-control notifications not reaching iPhone and responses not syncing to CLI on Windows

Bug Description
i'm working with claude remote-control on Windows 10 Powershell. I don't get all notifications to my phone (iPhone) and when i respond, it doesn't reach claude on powershell
