[BUG] Title: Sessions not syncing across computers (Pro account)

What's Wrong?
Description:
The Claude Code desktop app shows "Sessions not syncing across computers" with a spinning indicator that never resolves.
Steps taken:
Signed out and back in via the app UI — did not resolve
Claude Code assistant investigated local config files (~/.claude/settings.json, project directories) — no issues found locally. Session .jsonl files are present on disk and readable. The sync failure appears to be on the server/account side, not a local config problem.
Environment:
OS: Windows 11 Pro (10.0.22631)
Account: Pro plan
Email: [tpteam@gmail.com](mailto:tpteam@gmail.com)
Expected behavior: Sessions sync to the cloud and appear on other computers.
Actual behavior: Sync spinner runs indefinitely, sessions do not sync.
